Olympus Digital Wave Player 2.1.4 VN-3100PC/VN-4100PC

Olympus doesn't have it available for download from their website. Olympus isout of stock of their replacement CDs (probably permanently). Their digitalaudio recorder is useless without the software.

Works on Windows 2000, XP, Vista, & Win7. I’ve heard it works on WIN10 with the driver update available from the Olympus site. See the readme file.

Update to Olympus 2.1.4
(The user had version 2.1.0 installed and he updated to version 2.1.4. The link at the top of this page is for version 2.1.4, so you can skip this step.)
I used my old copy of the Digital Wave Player software CD but the drivers would not connect to the VN-2100PC. I then used the:
and followed step 1 to get the update to version 2.1.4
After unzipping the DigitalWavePlayerUpdate214.zip I used the DWPUP5EN.exe to apply the 2.1.4 update to my installed Digital Wave Player. (My disk was version 2.1.0)

I then moved on to the install the driver section and used the link in the guide:
to get the new drivers and followed the instructions and it worked!
My VN-2100PC now works with my Windows 10 computer!!!!
